Our silver carpet cleaning package is a 8 step pet sanitising cleaning process which includes the following:

 

 

1. Pre inspection. Carpet fibre identification and professional advice and evaluation of your carpets.

 

2. Pre vacuum with industrial up-right, hospital grade filtration dry vacuuming will remove more than 90% of dry soil..

 

3. Careful movement of furniture most furniture can be moved.

 

4. Pre treat stains. Some examples: pet urine, grease, oil, gum, tea, coffee, lipstick, cooking oil & rust.

Note, some pet urine stains may have already permanently stained the carpet fibres.

 

5. Pre-spray solution to loosen stubborn contaminants. This includes the pet sanitising treatments.

 

6. Carpet steam cleaning (Hot Water Extraction) powerful equipment delivers higher heat & vacuum, to remove all contaminates resulting in cleaner and dryer carpets.

 

7. Deodorising and Neutralising. No sticky residue, no re-soiling acid rinsing carpets to neutralise carpets preventing chemical residue build up.

 

8. Replace furniture with protective tabs and groom your carpets. Grooming allows more air to enter the bottom of the pile for (faster drying).
